Birds in the lights
As in 2004, thousands of birds found themselves captivated by the lights. Again this time in 2010 the beams were turned off for 30 minutes at around 11pm to let them disperse.

The lights make me so sad. your first photo is a perspective I’ve not seen before. Very beautiful I spend lots of time in NYC and really enjoy the way you portray it.
